Automated Enterprise Software supporting an $11B program, key to an additional $5B pursuit with 40+ stakeholders and 150 sites worldwide. This project includes a patented, first-of-it's-kind PAX mobile companion application.

Mission Responsibilities

For more than two years, I was responsible for the production and maintenance of a software style guide, wireframes, high-fidelity rapid prototypes, user-testing & research, as well as client interaction for complex, automated enterprise software supporting an $11B program. This effort was key to an additional $5B pursuit from requirements gathering to government acceptance with 40+ stakeholders and 150 sites worldwide, while providing guidance to 25+ software developers in an Agile environment.

  • Advocated for the product user, defending design with data through iterative user research & testing while collaborating with others to ensure products maintained a cohesive design across user touchpoints.
  • Created innovative, thoughtfully organized user-flows and user interfaces for consumption on both handheld and desktop devices designed to provide digestible, decision-ready data at-a-glance.
  • Collaborated with stakeholders and Scrum development teams throughout full software life cycle including design, development, and operations. The final software solution integrates multiple source systems including contracts, finance, supply chain, maintenance, and operations applications into one modern, integrated user interface.
